We only provide exchanges. 

They are applicable when you face

  • Damage of product during Transit
  • Missing Product/wrong Item sent

Under both circumstances please drop a message on Whatsapp us at +91 8114367801/7738522814. Our team will guide you further. 

In case of a damage during Transit , a video of opening the parcel is mandatory and without this our team will not be able to assist you in any exchange.

For order issues such as damaged or defective products, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the products, along with product images and videos 

When we receive your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be packaged well so that it is not damaged in transit. 

If for some reason the same product can't be rectified then we will issue you a coupon after the return receipt of your purchase. You can redeem this coupon when you are placing the next order.

The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online on our website. Any additional shipping charges or gift wrap packaging, if paid, will be deducted from your credit note amount.

 

Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchanges. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
